#4723: Drop or Fix sendmail-8.14.8

The package configuring section is broken in some way. The instructions
don't work for me.

Unless I'm doing something wrong (and I'm not, I'm just copy/pasting the
instructions), the package seems broken. It was tagged LFS7.4 built, so no
one bothered to test it. Since its build system requires IQ over 9000 to
understand, I won't bother to try to fix it. It took me some time to
prevent it from installing manual pages in /usr/man.
There are better alternatives like exim and postfix, and unless someone
wants to really fix it, I suggest that it should be dropped entirely.
