Sorry, only now, I noticed.
Anyway, will leave open and give to you, for more fixes.
Partially fixed at r12882.
I am always in a hurry with the book, still could not get back to an up to
date status, as before the package freeze.
So many releases, each day, don't know what is happening, seems faster,
now.
