Just to explain better my comment, I have only build these packages as
dependencies or for updating the book.
When Mariadb was introduced, Bruce wanted Mysql to remain.
But now it seems he agrees with you, so, as I said, nothing against.
I acn try to see if I can do it, before changing the ticket for myself, or
you could do it, please (this being my preference).
