#5331: Build Failure of Freetype 2.5.3

When attempting to build Freetype 2.5.3 it fails with:
hbshim.h:31:19: fatal error: hb-ft.h: No such file or directory
Research has shown that it has been fixed upstream.
I am just trying to find the correct patch on their git committ.
Will add it to repository when located.
