configure.in and configure set FL_PATCH_VERSION=1 . It should be 2 .
Because of this "fltk-config --version" returns "1.3.1" instead of
"1.3.2". This is fixed in the FLTK-1.3.x development branch but not in the
FLTK-1.3.2 release.
