New upstream release for some of the packages in current BLFS. Given that
KDE SC releases aren't happening anymore, they decided to maintain the
apps for the time being. Some of the apps listed there are KDE Frameworks
based, and as such not suitable for updating in current BLFS dev. Such
apps include Konsole, Kate and GWenview, according to their release
announcement. Rest of the packages appears to be kdelibs4 based. The PIM
suite is not included, but also according to the release announcement, it
seems it's a long term release that will receive updates in 4.14.x branch.
