Reassigning this ticket to Fernando, as I have no clue what is going on
here. I am frustrated.

checking for DocBook XML DTD V4.3 in XML catalog... not found
configure: error: could not find DocBook XML DTD V4.3 in XML catalog

I made sure that I had docbook-xml-4.5 and the XSL Stylesheets and such
installed (all required/recommended deps), and I cannot get it to go away.
I have reinstalled them as well.
