and it gave me

[http://gnu.c3sl.ufpr.br/ftp/gcc/gcc-5.2.0/gcc-5.2.0.tar.bz2.sig]
Sometimes, [ufpr.br] is slow, but this is not a big deal. In general, it
might provide us faster downloads.
