All built against kf5-5.14.0, but not yet tested (still doing a long
backup with rsync over nfs).
Not sure if I ever mentioned that kwin now requires xcb-util-cursor which
is not in the book [http://xcb.freedesktop.org/dist/xcb-util-
cursor-0.1.2.tar.bz2]
