New description:
New release of KDE Applications. Supposedly this is the final release of
Workspaces 4 (Plasma 4), and the Kontact Suite, Dolphin, and several
others have been ported to KF5. I hate to say it, but I have a feeling
that KDE4 is done.

I am assuming that Bruce will take this for sysvinit, I will make sure
