That url doesn't work for me, but
https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/lvm2.git/ does.
Checking I also see ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/lvm2/releases/ and that
has all the recent tagged releases too.
I suppose that we can mark this ticket for hold like we do for #7556 or
#7555
What do you think? Update monthly? Just before next BLFS release? other?
