There's an issue here. Previous version, 2.02.149 isn't available from ftp
anymore. Latest available version before *.150 is *.147.
I don't know how they decide which one should remain on ftp and which one
shouldn't. Maybe the development book should be adjusted to that if the
upstream plan is found somewhere.
