#8138: make-ca.sh seems to be broken ?

I'm well out of my depth here, but when I run make-ca.sh I'm getting a
failure with
{{{
has no 'Revision' in CVS_ID
}}}
I haven't updated my local copy of that file recently, but the book's
version is dated 20120211 so I'm guessing that something changed at
mozilla ?
