Log:
Remove details of the gtk3 evince browser plugin from firefox - it does not
work. Although it only hangs the browser for a minute or less in my case - one
report elsewhere said the browser has to be killed - the final comment at
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1092126 says 'Yes, it is a bug in
the plugin. There is no support for plugins that load GTK3, and no intention
of providing such support.' so I guess it is a WONTFIX upstream, I'll add a
note to the wiki.
