#8456: Wrong description in xfce4-terminal

The text in xfce4-terminal still states that it is a GTK+ 2 terminal
emulator. Due to the upgrade of vte to vte-0.4, it has however become a
GTK+ 3 terminal emulator. Just if somebody has some time to kill, this
might get adjusted.
