As LibreSSL is being quoted, in the book, as an alternative, required
dependency for OpenSSH, then surely it should be mentioned, somewhere,
that ntp won't build with LibreSSL support. LibreSSL either requires
patching, or OpenNTPD must be used instead of ntp.
