The svn version of garcon contains a typo in the download url.
Instead of
http://archive.xfce.org/src/xfce/garcon/0.5/garcon-0.6.0.tar.bz2
it should be
http://archive.xfce.org/src/xfce/garcon/0.6/garcon-0.6.0.tar.bz2
