 There is a new version of the intel microcode, 20170511. Hopefully it
 fixes the AMT bug - certainly the microcode on my skylake i3 has gone from
 0x9e (from the 20161104 version) to 0xba.

 The interesting thing is that the tarball ships the firmware in the
 correct format, no need to build intel-microcode2ucode (and no point in
 building it).

 I'm not marking this as a security fix, because nobody outside intel
 (except those with an exploit to try) knows if it really is fixed.
