#9436: Build Firefox with clang

Have had a report of issues with GCC-7 on firefox. Workaround is, of
course, to relax the opts to -O2 (in the book). Was noted by darklink in
IRC that using clang provides a working build as well. Since clang will
already be required for rustc, suggest looking into using it for the FF
build as well. Thought?
