On http://linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/svn/postlfs/nano.html an
example configuration file is given. May I suggest that you add
the following options:
set nowrap
set positionlog
set quickblank
The nowrap option is what almost everyone wants -- when editing
system files.
You may also want to update 'set const' to 'set constantshow',
which is its new form since about two years.
Further, after the example configuration file, there is this line:
"Another example is the nanorc.sample file in the /etc directory."
I think this should read:
"Another example is the sample.nanorc file in the doc/ subdirectory."
(Because this sample file does not get installed automatically into
/etc/.)
