There are three possibilities:
- change the installation instructions so that MAN_INSTALL_DIR is
/usr/share/man (to be tested)
- add $KF5_PREFIX/share/man to MANPATH (and maybe update man_db.conf) in
''KDE Frameworks 5 Pre-installation Configuration''
I'd lean to use the second one (as is done in LXQt for example)
