ModemManager 1.6.12
This is a new bugfix release of ModemManager.
Among other things fixed:
* Blacklist:
* Ignored Pycom devices.
* Added Microchip's VID to the greylist.
* QMI:
* Fixed connection state machine when built against libqmi < 1.18.
* Fixed connection state machine when an error is reported setting up
WDS indications.
