For http://lists.linuxfromscratch.org/pipermail/blfs-
dev/2018-January/033842.html, the ''make -j1'' issue should be addressed
differently. I am not sure about /tmp in the systemd book, but LVM2 tests
do not have this issue in SYS V. The other items are moot IMO.

dev/2018-January/033852.html, I am not in position to test everything...
I've fixed libtiff at r19661.
