Sync the invocation of configure with the one from the server
Place quotes around the $srcdir, $ORIGDIR and $0 variables to prevent
fall-outs, when they contain space.
autogen: add default patch prefix
With glibc 2.27 memfd_create() is inside a _GNU_SOURCE guard, so call
AC_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS to get this defined.
Fix missing <limits.h> include for HAVE_UMTX branch of futex
