This package now uses /usr/share/unicode/ucd/NamesList.txt by default. It
can be disabled with --disable-unicode-dict.
The file is available from
https://www.unicode.org/Public/UNIDATA/NamesList.txt.
I need an opinion whether this is useful or not. We can set it up as a
download and just do:

mkdir -p /usr/share/unicode/ucd
cp ../NamesList.txt /usr/share/unicode/ucd
}}}
