Well, it depends on what file you are looking at. There is "CURRENT-
IS-2.4.29", but the "Announcement2.4.html" file mentions 2.4.32 as the
most recent release... Also the main apache page has:

2.4.29 (released 2017-10-23)
}}}
and there are only links to the 2.4.29 files.
