#10869: search.cpan.org is shutting down

I just went to search.cpan.org and received a message that it is shutting
down. After 25th June, I think it said, it will redirect to
https://metacpan.org/
Links to perl modules pulled in by our versioned modules will need review,
but since it will apparently redirect there, not urgent.
