It does NOT use system libsecret.
And since libwidevineadapter.so is not created, it seems pointless to
enable widevine.
With gcc-8.1, the build takes 130 SBU on an 8-core intel and witrh the
equiivalent of a DESTDIR creates 6.7GB of source and 323 MB installed.
