According to phoronix, this includes more than 150 bugfixes (that probably
includes the fixes in qtwebengine). Since we build qtwebengine separately,
Qt itself is not a security update.
The diff from 5.11.0 is impenetrable, but I see a lot of references to
tests, and a target 'make check' appears to exist. Doing a test build
(I've already installed 5.11.1) to see if make check is useful.
