Will do, I didn't realise anything referenced it.

Oh, hang on:

exiv references libssh (not the same, and only once in the rendered
book), so do ffmpeg and wireshark.

Will fix curl and qemu.  Libssh2 is BSD licensed, libssh is GPL or
LGPL (there was a comparison on their website) which is probably why
curl and rust use libssh2.
