A jump from the current version 0.24.
No real changelog, but upstream is really at http://git.linux-
nfs.org/?p=steved/rpcbind.git
Examining the sources, th ebiggest change seem to be that the default is
now sbin (which we already do).
The package is tagged. Placing in 8.4 milestone.
