I had not tagged logrotate because I'm working on perl modules and
when I last looked it had not rotated my logs. But looking now I
can see that the previous version worked, so I could have tagged it.
Up to you whether the newer version goes in your 8.3 build.
It is ready to commit. Maybe in an hour or two as I do some more tags.
