lsusb.py in usbutils-010 is buggy. If you invoke it, you'll see

WARNING: Failure to read usb.ids
}}}
Upstream has fixed this in
[https://github.com/gregkh/usbutils/commit/a7c25eadbc998bf359e5b7dac03aaea8c30d2932
the commit]. We can attach it as a patch if usbutils-011 is not released
before 8.4.
