I don't think this is yet ready for general testing. I'm slowly
adapting my own scripts to see if they will build in the order that
things now appear in the book, and I notice that HTML::Form has
dropped out (it used to be a dep for libwww-perl and is mentioned in
the Changes file there for some old revisions). AFAICS it is no
longer mentioned by libwww-perl, but all my current desktop systems
already have libwww-perl installed so I won't be able to confirm
this until I make a fresh build. :-(
