Released GnuTLS 3.6.5 which marks the 3.6.x branch as our stable releases
branch, and replaces the 3.5.x branch.
According to Slackware, this version fixes https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-
bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2018-16868 (currently "reserved"), described as a
Bleichenbacher-like side channel leakage in PKCS#1 1.5 verification and
padding oracle verification.
