This release fixes building with the latest OpenSSL release, and has a few
other bug fixes sprinkled in.
/me was not aware that there were problems with current openssl ?
Looking at the diff from 1.11.1, the Changelog shows the commit as 'Fix
compilation without deprecated OpenSSL 1.1 APIs' and wraps or
conditionalises some things for OPENSSL_VERSION_NUMBER < 0x10100000L,
i.e. the changes are for v1.1.0, not for the (elsewhere-problematic)
