Upstream fix is commit b645326c0. For the patch to apply, c02ce5818 is
also necessary (and it fixes a possible null dereference). Note that due
to precedent commits ("minor reformating"), the patch applies with fuzz. I
don't think it is necessary to fix it, since hopefully, the next abiword
version will remove the need for this patch.
