I would expect very few, as in "we don't break userspace". From time to
time, strace breaks - but that is akin to the tools shipped with the
kernel and it has people testing against development kernels. On the rare
occasions it has failed to build for me, there has already been a commit
or even a newer release.
Postfix is different - it looks at the running kernel (not headers) and
attempts to maintain compatability even with linux-1 and linux-2 releases.
