· Fixed the misapplied userauth patch that broke 1.8.1
· moved the MAX size declarations from the public header
I suppose that the first item fixes the test failure I saw. Now,
'''whether or not libgcrypt is installed''' all 3 tests pass.
No idea if the second item will break anything!
