Some directories/files in 19.0.0 were not noted:
/usr/share/drirc.d/
This contains 00-mesa-defaults.conf which has workarounds for various
applications (particularly, browsers and games) and sometimes for specific
drivers.
/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/
This has json files for Vulkan Installable Client Drivers (intel and
radeon) : These appear to specify how vulkan can find drivers.
