Comment (by xry111): Our options in BLFS: 1. Always invoke `systemctl preset-all`, and add a note saying "some units, for e.g. `systemd-networkd` would be enabled, use `systemctl disable` to disable them if you wish." 2. Do not invoke `systemctl preset-all`, and add a note saying "if new services are installed with systemd (because of systemd upgrade or new optional dependencies), you may need to enable them with `systemctl enable`." 3.
