Add into BLFS when LFS gets GCC-9.1.
Note that on ARM (PiLFS), this release is ABI incompatible with the
previous one, necessitating a complete recompilation of the system with
GCC-9.1. I'm not sure it's worth a note (even if there is an unofficial
guide for LFS on the Pi), but it's in the Caveats section of the release
notes.
Also, add D to the list of language targets.
