To be specific, many of the tests were broken. Fortunately, Arch came
across this when they were testing their upgrade to 5.30.0.
Patches from upstream, the main one described as
[PATCH] Updated tests after U::C upgrade changed sortinit hashes
Also a second which is just a remote example no longer working:
[PATCH] Removed broken remote file test datasource
With that (and a first stab at updating the dependencies to current),
biber passes its tests.
