* CRW/metadata loop prevention code is rolled back due to ABI
incompatibility. To enable, use -DLIBRAW_METADATA_LOOP_PREVENTION=1
compile flag for LibRaw and ALL APPS.
* Fixed possible buffer underflow
* LibRaw 0.19.4
