I agree that esmtp does not seem to be used in balsa any more, but there
are several references to esmtp in the Changelog, NEWS, INSTALL, src/save-
restore.c (comment only), and balsa.spec{,.in}.
These references do not seem to apply any more. Looking at the
dependencies in the book, there is a comment about an MTA/sendmail. That
should probably be a required runtime dependency.
