Bruce looked at his cpan install and told me these were not used. After
looking at the distributions (modules) which used to use them, I agree -
I had intended to remove Class::Factory::Util last August because
DateTime::Format::Builder-0.82 no longer used it.
Tests::Suite has a past changelog entry about fixing an issue with newer
Test::Simple, but grepping the code it has been replaced by a new sub-
module, Test2::Bundle::Simple within Test2::Suite.
