asciidoc-8.6.10 is the final release in the repo. The development of the
next version (using Python 3) has been moved to
https://github.com/asciidoc/asciidoc-py3.
Now the latest version is 9.0.0rc2, which should be a prerelease. We
should update the concurrency script to wait for asciidoc-py3-9.0.0.
