Current .xz are at https://www.imagemagick.org/download/ without a
releases directory. github for 6 called it ImageMagick6- but not only as
it .tar.gz, it was an earlier version.
The patch for 6 applies to 6.9.11-27 as well as to 6.9.10, so I'll upload
it in the hope someone can fix emacs (which is the only package that uses
it). Will create new ticket for emacs.
