* libqmi-glib:
** Avoid including qmi-version.h in build, as its contents depend on
the specific build details.
** Early error out all transactions when the endpoint hangup is
detected.
** Avoid reporting warnings when forwarding responses to proxy clients
if the client is already disconnected.
* qmicli:
** Fix double-free issues in the slot status indication handling.
* Several other minor improvements and fixes.
