Version 246.10 Release
This is the second release of the version 246 series.
The latest upstream commit this version is synced to is systemd-
stable/v246-stable:574e89dd65
Changes and Additions
Makefile: The Makefile has been enhanced to become a meson/ninja
wrapper that is fully compatible with Makefile based IDEs like CLion.
sd-bus: make credential acquisition more graceful. This is useful to
make selinux authorization work for short-lived client processes.
bus-util: improve logging when we can't connect to the bus.
README.md: Remove Travis-CI badge, Add Github CI badge.
Add 'pt' to LINGUAS and add the 'pt.po' translation file (#202)
